In Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions, characters have different Jobs, also known as Classes, and each of them has a set of strengths and weaknesses.
At the beginning of the game, you can only use the most basic classes, Squire and Chemist, which are basically an attacking character and a “healer” who throws potions.
As you do actions with these classes, you earn experience and Job Points (JP) that are used to evolve your class and level it up. Depending on how many levels you have in that class, you unlock new classes and thus customize your characters.

As you can see above, these are all of Final Fantasy Tactics’ Jobs, including its new version, War of the Lions, which is available for PSP, Android and also iOS.
Final Fantasy Tactics was originally released in 1997 for PS1 by Square Enix.
The game then got a new version, titled Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions for PSP in 2007, which was later released for both iOS and Android.
