A noite deste sábado foi marcada por uma triste notícia para os fãs de The Walking Dead, o ator Scott Wilson, mais conhecido por interpretar o inesquecível Hershel Greene, faleceu aos 76 anos.

A informação inicialmente foi dada pelo Comicbook e posteriormente confirmada pelo perfil oficial da série no Twitter, que postou uma mensagem de agradecimento ao ator.
“Estamos profundamente tristes em dizer que Scott Wilson, o incrível ator que interpretou Hershel em The Walking Dead, faleceu aos 76 anos. Nossos pensamentos estão com sua família e amigos. Descanse no paraíso, Scott. Nós te amamos!”

Mas ainda teremos uma última chance de ver Scott no seu icônico papel, já que a AMC confirmou que Hershel, Shane e Sasha aparecerão em flashbacks nessa nova temporada da série.
O primeiro grande papel de Scott foi em 1967 no filme In the Heat of the Night. Ele trabalhou tanto no cinema como na TV e além de The Walking Dead ele também fazia parte do elenco de The AO.
