How to find all Shrine of the Depths in Genshin Impact
Base game
First of all, be aware that the Shrine of the Depths are scattered across the Genshin Impact map. Below you can check the exact location of each of these shrines in an image:
Now, it’s very important that you know that each region has its own sanctuary key. Below you can check the color of the key that each region requires for you to open a Sanctuary of the Deep:
- Mondstadt – Blue Key
- Liyue – Golden Key
Therefore, we can safely say that it is not possible to open a Liyue shrine with a Mondstadt key and vice versa.
Location of all Inazuma Shrine of the Depths in Genshin Impact
There are six Shrine of the Depths currently available to be found in Inazuma, spread across the three islands Narukami, Yashiori and Kannazuka. Each island contains two Shrine of the Depths.

Obtaining keys to the shrines
There are a few ways to obtain the keys needed for the Inazuma Deep Sanctuaries in Genshin Impact, they are:
- Level up the Statue of the Seven of Inazuma (a key is given upon reaching level 1, 3, and 7).
- Complete the Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 2 – Stillness, the Sublimation of the Shadow.
- Gain the favor of Sakura’s Sacred Tree (Levels 8 and 18).
